Lead architecture decisions, mentor senior engineers, and influence vendor and organizational technical direction on AI and data platform initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in data engineering, data platform architecture, or AI/ML engineering.
4+ years hands-on production Databricks experience including Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, Model Serving, and workspace administration.
Experience architecting agentic AI systems with multi-agent orchestration, LLM integration, and autonomous AI workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Senior principal-level architect with demonstrated leadership in setting data and AI platform standards and mentoring engineers.
Deep expertise in Databricks Lakehouse architecture and agentic AI system design patterns in regulated or complex enterprise environments.
Experience delivering scalable, governed AI/ML platforms that meet stringent governance and performance SLAs, especially in regulated domains.
