Own end-to-end architecture and production code of agentic resolution platform including agent runtime, multi-agent coordination, and human fallback.
Build and operate cloud-native platform services (Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, observability) supporting agentic and LLM workloads with focus on automation and deflection.
Partner cross-functionally on security, engineering standards, and scaling agentic intelligence through systems and mentorship.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years hands-on experience in architecture and delivery of automation, AIOps, agentic systems, or cloud-native platforms at enterprise scale.
Strong expertise in agentic system design, production LLM application patterns, Kubernetes, cloud AI stacks (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Python (async) or Go for production services.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or closely related field.
This is an onsite role based in Hyderabad, India, requiring flexible work hours and shift alignment with global teams.
