Own the test engineering strategy and quality gates for Lilly's Reliability Engineering function, ensuring high standards for production releases.
Build and maintain reusable automated test frameworks and CI/CD quality gating pipelines for agentic remediation and operational platforms.
Embed shift-left quality practices by engaging early in design and architecture reviews to engineer testability, observability, and failure-mode coverage into products.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years professional engineering experience with at least 5 years in test engineering/SDET roles owning automation frameworks and CI quality gates.
Proficient in Python and one of Java, TypeScript, or Go with hands-on capability to build test frameworks.
Experience with multiple test automation stacks (e.g., pytest, Playwright, REST Assured) and CI/CD pipeline authoring and tuning (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or related engineering field; must be willing to work onsite in Hyderabad with flexible hours including possible weekends/holidays.
