Own and govern service-level objectives (SLOs), error-budget policies, and observability standards across a multi-application production estate to ensure operational reliability.
Lead high-severity incident response as incident commander and drive postmortem culture to convert incidents into durable engineering improvements.
Set and maintain engineering standards for reliability practices, including infrastructure-as-code, continuous delivery safety, and self-healing architectures, while partnering with automation teams to evolve reliability at scale.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 14+ years engineering experience with at least 6 years in Site Reliability Engineering or equivalent focusing on multi-application production estates.
Production reliability experience in regulated/audited environments (e.g. GxP, SOX, HIPAA, PCI) with familiarity in change control and compliance.
Hands-on ownership of SLO/SLI frameworks including error-budget governance and operationalizing burn-rate alerts.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or a closely related engineering field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
