Provide technical leadership in design, development, and deployment of Caterpillar’s cloud-based digital platform.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is mandatory.
Minimum 14 years of software development experience with at least 8 years in designing and developing Java applications at scale.
Expertise in Java, J2EE, JPA, Hibernate, JDBC, SQL, Spring, JUnit, REST/JSON web services, and Java design patterns.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred) and Agile methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading large software projects including branching, tagging, and merging with Git in multi-developer environments.
Strong understanding of object-oriented design, MVC architecture, and cloud-native application development including security best practices on AWS.
Skilled at technical project documentation, time estimation, and integrating continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
