Minimum Requirements
7 to 10 years of experience delivering solutions on ServiceNow platform covering ITSM, Service Catalogue, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting development skills with experience in REST/SOAP API integrations.
Bachelor's Degree preferred; combinations of coursework and experience considered.
Experience supporting platform lifecycle activities including version upgrades, architecture evolution, and technical governance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading large-scale ServiceNow platform migration, consolidation, or transformation programs, preferably involving mergers or acquisitions.
Proficient in Agile delivery environments working closely with product owners, architects, and technical teams for business-driven platform enhancements.
Certified in ServiceNow (CSA mandatory, CAD or CIS preferred) demonstrating deep platform expertise and commitment to best practices.
