About This Role
- Own end-to-end development, enhancement, monitoring, and support of enterprise integrations on the Boomi platform.
- Manage application support, incident handling, production troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to ensure operational stability.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, maintainable integration solutions and improve process quality, governance, and monitoring.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Boomi integration development and support.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Technical skills in Boomi development, incident handling, DevOps practices, and proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language such as Java, Groovy, or .NET.
- Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, SoapUI, Postman, and knowledge of monitoring, release management, SLA, and quality metrics.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in full integration lifecycle with strong ownership of support and incident resolution in enterprise-scale Boomi environments.
- Demonstrates capability to independently translate business requirements into integration solutions with attention to operational stability and continuous improvement.
- Familiar with API-based integrations, integration governance, and cross-functional enterprise integration landscapes requiring collaboration with diverse global teams.
