About This Role
- Provide end-to-end operational recruitment administration, including position creation, job requisitions, approvals, and offer processes using SAP SuccessFactors and SmartRecruiters.
- Manage candidate communication and administrative follow-up ensuring timely, accurate data entry and smooth handover through hiring stages.
- Respond to recruitment-related requests via ServiceNow, support internal customers on recruitment systems, and collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to maintain service quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in HR with focus on Candidate to Hire recruitment scope.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, and ServiceNow or Jira tools.
- Ability to work shifts covering different time zones; fluent English (written and spoken).

- Experienced in detailed recruitment administration in large organizations, familiar with integrated HR systems and recruitment workflows.
- Comfortable working in a customer-service focused, centralized shared services environment, managing multiple stakeholders.
