Own monthly financial reporting and analysis activities including preparation and review of Monthly Performance Reports and ad-hoc reports for Business Unit stakeholders.
Lead financial analysis by comparing actuals to plans, forecasts, and prior periods; investigate discrepancies and ensure accuracy during month-end closing.
Collaborate with Country and Regional Managers on quarterly forecasts and annual financial plans, providing insightful reporting and supporting continuous operational improvements.
Minimum Requirements
Chartered Accountant (CA) or ICWA qualification from a premier institute.
5-8 years of experience in MIS, financial reporting, planning, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience in monthly closing and US reporting.
Fluent in Hindi and English (verbal and written communication skills).

Experience primarily in manufacturing industry, preferably automotive sector, with exposure to complex financial analysis and reporting across regions.
Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively across diverse, regional, and global finance teams.
Strong analytical capability with experience in MIS report preparation, business analysis, and process improvement aligned to financial decision-making.
