Design and operate resilient hybrid and cloud network architectures across AWS, Azure, and on-premises data centers, focusing on secure, high-availability connectivity.
Plan and lead complex data center consolidation and workload migration cutovers, including discovery, design, runbooks, and validation.
Own advanced network engineering and troubleshooting (routing, switching, firewalls, load balancers), automation, and observability to ensure healthcare-grade compliance and operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of enterprise network engineering experience with senior/lead responsibilities in medium-to-large environments.
Proven expertise in data center networking, hybrid cloud networking (AWS/Azure VPC/VNet, Transit Gateway/vWAN, Direct Connect/ExpressRoute), routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), and network automation (Python, Ansible, Terraform).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics/Communications, or related field.
Location: Hyderabad, India (hybrid work model) with sustained US business hours overlap; participation in on-call/change-window rotation required.

Experienced in designing and executing large-scale data center migrations and network consolidations in regulated environments such as healthcare.
Demonstrates independent ownership with ability to translate ambiguous requirements into clear plans and deliver with minimal supervision across a US-India distributed matrix team.
Technically deep in enterprise routing/switching and hybrid cloud networking, skilled in automation and observability, and able to mentor junior engineers while contributing to network standards.
