Own and manage internal and external audit evidence cycles from request through closure, ensuring completeness and audit readiness.
Lead and drive the end-to-end user access review (UAR) program, including campaign initiation, tracking, exception handling, and remediation.
Map and maintain compliance readiness across multiple standards (HITRUST, SOX ITGC, ISO 27001:2022, PCI DSS), identify control gaps early, and ensure audit-defensible documentation.
Minimum Requirements
4-8 years experience in audit, compliance, technology risk, or information security compliance.
Hands-on experience managing audit evidence cycles and user access reviews.
Working knowledge of PCI-DSS requirements and control expectations.
Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and Excel; familiarity with GRC or workflow tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in regulated healthcare, payments, or financial services environments, preferably supporting PCI DSS assessments or compliance readiness.
