Lead Engineer - Cloud Engineering

Lead architecture, design, and delivery of secure, scalable cloud-native solutions on AWS for the Provider Payments platform.

Drive modernization of .NET applications into microservices and event-driven architectures and establish engineering standards across Provider Engineering Pods.

Champion AI-driven engineering practices to enhance developer productivity, code quality, and operational efficiency, while mentoring engineers and influencing technical roadmaps.

8-12 years of software engineering experience with strong hands-on expertise in AWS and .NET technologies.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience leading cloud modernization and large-scale engineering initiatives with Agile delivery exposure.

AWS certifications preferred; strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS/SNS, EventBridge, CloudWatch, IAM, VPC) and .NET Core / .NET 6+, C# required.

Technology leader proficient in AWS and .NET with domain knowledge in healthcare payment systems and revenue cycle management.

Operates with an AI-first engineering mindset applying AI tools to software development lifecycle and operational efficiencies.

Effective cross-functional collaborator and influencer across multiple engineering pods, driving cloud transformation and innovation initiatives.
