Lead and mentor the NOC team, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in network monitoring and incident management.
Oversee real-time monitoring and rapid resolution of IT infrastructure issues across networks, servers, applications, and cloud environments with adherence to SLAs.
Develop and implement processes, documentation, and reports to enhance system reliability, security, and performance based on best practices and emerging technologies.
Minimum Requirements
Over 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, network monitoring, and cloud environment management.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 Foundation certification (Intermediate or Expert level preferred).
Willingness to work in a 24/7 operational model.
