Lead and manage a team of Network Engineers during a designated shift to ensure smooth operation, monitoring, and maintenance of organizational computer networks.
Manage and respond to major network incidents, including leading Incident Management activities and coordinating communication among stakeholders for timely resolution.
Monitor network performance, analyze incidents for root causes, ensure SLA compliance, maintain accurate shift records, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
5-6 years of relevant experience in network operations or related domain.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CCNP mandatory.
Experience with network administration, incident response, and leadership or supervisory roles required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in ITIL-based Incident, Change, Problem, and Major Incident Management processes applicable in 24/7 operational environments.
Strong technical expertise in network services (DHCP, DNS, VPN, Firewalls including Palo Alto, IDS/IPS) and tools like LogicMonitor, New Relic, Splunk, and others for monitoring and troubleshooting.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams in high-pressure situations, coordinate across teams, and drive operational automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
