Remotely monitor, support, and optimize Advanced Process Control systems (MPC/Fuzzy/PID) in Mining and Cement sectors globally, including domestic and international site visits.
Respond promptly to customer issues (tickets/incidents), manage CRM tracking, and provide on-site training, commissioning, and preventive maintenance.
Work in shifts (including night shifts) to ensure 24x7 customer support and contribute to sales lead generation and knowledge sharing within the team.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Chemical, Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation engineering.
Minimum 6 years experience in Advanced Process Control, Cement or Mining Process Optimization, Automation, and Controls.
Must work in shifts including night shifts; willingness to travel to local and global sites.
Knowledge of Advanced Process Control tools (MPC, Neural networks, Fuzzy Logic) is preferred but not mandatory; experience with DCS/PLC integration and industrial data communications (OPC, ODBC/SQL) is required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in remote and onsite advanced process control system implementation and support in mining or cement industries.
Capable of analytical troubleshooting, fine-tuning controllers, and adapting quickly to new automation products.
Comfortable working in a 24x7 remote support environment with strong customer interaction and shift-based accountability.
