Lead design, installation, configuration, and administration of IBM WebSphere Liberty environments.
Manage and execute Liberty version upgrades, migrations, modernization, and troubleshooting of application/performance issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deployment, security implementation, L3 support, and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 10 years of Middleware Administration experience, focused on IBM WebSphere Liberty Profile.
Proven completion of at least 2 IBM Liberty Upgrade or Migration projects.
Expertise in Liberty Server Configuration, JVM tuning, Security Management, Linux/Unix administration and shell scripting.
Experience in production support environments is essential.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling middleware in complex enterprise environments with emphasis on IBM WebSphere Liberty.
Proficiency in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and high availability/disaster recovery concepts.
Familiar with CI/CD integrations and automation; knowledge of Java, Microservices, and cloud platforms is advantageous but not mandatory.
