About This Role
- Lead design, installation, configuration, and administration of IBM WebSphere Liberty environments.
- Manage and execute Liberty version upgrades, migrations, modernization, and troubleshooting of application/performance issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deployment, security implementation, L3 support, and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of Middleware Administration experience, focused on IBM WebSphere Liberty Profile.
- Proven completion of at least 2 IBM Liberty Upgrade or Migration projects.
- Expertise in Liberty Server Configuration, JVM tuning, Security Management, Linux/Unix administration and shell scripting.
- Experience in production support environments is essential.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling middleware in complex enterprise environments with emphasis on IBM WebSphere Liberty.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and high availability/disaster recovery concepts.
- Familiar with CI/CD integrations and automation; knowledge of Java, Microservices, and cloud platforms is advantageous but not mandatory.
