Support daily shipment processing activities including receiving, sorting, scanning, bagging, tagging, loading, unloading, and reconciliation to maintain shipment accuracy and meet service commitments.
Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of shipment records and operational documentation using approved systems.
Assist Shift In-charges in achieving operational targets, ensuring compliance with safety, security, and Blue Dart SOPs while supporting peak and contingency operations.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum education: 10th Standard Pass.
Work Experience Required: Freshers to 2 years in logistics, warehousing, courier, manufacturing, retail operations or similar environments.
Physically fit to perform operational tasks involving standing, walking, lifting, and shipment movement during shifts.
Willingness to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Comfortable operating in high-volume, deadline-driven logistics or warehouse settings with strict adherence to SOPs and safety standards.
Capable of working collaboratively under supervision in shift-based operations and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Basic proficiency in English reading, data entry, and use of barcode scanners or mobile devices for shipment processing.
