Support day-to-day shipment processing activities including receiving, sorting, scanning, bagging, tagging, loading, unloading and reconciliation across service centres, hubs, warehouses and PUDs.
Ensure operational productivity, shipment accuracy, safety compliance and adherence to Blue Dart Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Assist shift in-charges to achieve daily operational targets and support peak volume and contingency operations.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum education: 10th standard pass.
Work Experience Required: Fresher up to 2 years experience in logistics, warehousing, courier, manufacturing, retail operations or similar.
Basic computer skills and ability to operate barcode scanners and mobile devices.
Must be physically fit for operational work involving standing, walking, lifting; willing to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience or aptitude for fast-paced operational roles involving shipment handling and logistics.
Ability to maintain operational discipline, accuracy, safety standards and teamwork under shift-based work environment.
Comfortable reading and understanding basic English for instructions, labels, and safety guidelines.
