Lead a global team delivering and sustaining advanced process control (APC) and soft sensor solutions across customer sites, ensuring continuous measurable business value post-commissioning.
Own post-commissioning APC performance management, including proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement to achieve targeted process gains and ROI.
Drive customer success and service growth through ongoing performance reviews, customer engagement, and identifying optimization opportunities for long-term retention.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years experience in industrial process optimization and APC.
5+ years experience leading technical teams.
Bachelor's or master's degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Process Control Engineering, or Data Science with APC skills and process industry experience.
Experience in cement and mining process industries is mandatory; knowledge of AI/ML, Python, PLC programming, and system troubleshooting is a plus but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to lead and develop global technical teams focused on APC lifecycle support and customer-facing operations.
Strong domain expertise in cement or related process industries with hands-on experience in APC, MPC, and digital twin technologies.
Experienced in managing post-commissioning optimization processes, including performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and long-term value realization for industrial customers.
