Oversee all aspects of Food & Beverage cost control including requisitions, inventory, menu costing, and cost reporting to minimize expenses.
Supervise Receiving Clerk and manage store room operations ensuring efficient inventory levels and cost optimization.
Prepare and verify monthly inventories and cost-related accounts, coordinating closely with Accounts Department and other hotel departments.
Minimum Requirements
Diploma in Accounting / Finance or Graduate degree.
4-5 years experience in Food & Beverage cost control or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and accounting systems.
Good English communication skills (reading, writing, oral).
