Own and develop automated test frameworks and scripts for Secure Web Gateway and inline CASB products, focusing on high-performance cloud security solutions.
Lead end-to-end quality assurance from feature testing through production deployment, including monitoring, alerting, and customer escalations.
Collaborate with product, development, and support teams to gather requirements, design test strategies, analyze gaps, and improve test coverage and processes.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of hands-on experience in test development and automation in Web Inline Network Security with expertise in DPI technologies (e.g., Firewall/NGFW, IPS/IDS, SWG).
Strong proficiency in Python and UI automation tools such as Selenium or PlayWrite; experience with CI/CD tools like Bamboo, Jenkins, or Gitlab.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (BSCS) or equivalent required; Master's (MSCS) strongly preferred.
Work Experience Required: 10+ years explicitly stated.

Deep domain expertise in enterprise-level inline network security products (SWG, SASE, Zero Trust) with strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS).
Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and exposure to AI-assisted engineering tools for automation.
Operates with full ownership of quality assurance lifecycle including root cause analysis and proactive customer issue resolution in high-scale production environments.
