Manage and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders and maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records and stock movements.
Conduct regular inventory checks, assist in stock reconciliation, monitor stock availability, and report on trends including slow-moving or damaged items.
Coordinate with Purchasing, Finance, and operations departments to maintain optimum inventory levels and ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years experience as Stores Executive, Storekeeper, or Inventory Executive in corporate or hospitality sector.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and relevant financial/accounting reporting systems.
Knowledge of inventory management principles including FIFO/FEFO, warehouse operations, and compliance/audit standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Someone with proven ability to manage inventory accuracy and stock control in fast-paced environments.
Experience collaborating effectively across multiple departments such as Purchasing, Finance, and Operations.
Familiarity with inventory management software or ERP systems and possibly vendor negotiation or supervisory experience is advantageous.
