Staff Engineer DevOps, Data Security (DLP)

Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot Kubernetes-based Data Security services across public cloud, private cloud, and on-premises environments.

Build and maintain automation and tools for deployment, configuration management, and operational workflows to improve reliability and scalability at global scale.

Collaborate with development, SRE, Platform Engineering, Operations, QA, and cloud teams to resolve complex production issues and improve monitoring and service readiness.

5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, infrastructure engineering, or related roles; 8+ years preferred for staff-level candidates.

Experience with Linux systems, Kubernetes production deployment, and at least one major public/private cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure, or OpenStack).

Programming and automation experience with Python, Go, or similar languages; experience with CI/CD and infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform).

BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience required; advanced degree strongly preferred.

Experienced engineer capable of independently owning technical projects and delivering solutions for complex, large-scale distributed cloud services.

Strong background troubleshooting networking, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and production systems with a focus on automation and operational efficiency.

Proficient in using AI-assisted development tools and coding agents to accelerate automation, software development, and troubleshooting.
