Deploy and optimize AI-driven conversational agents using advanced prompt engineering and LLMs like GPT-4o, Gemini, Claude, Llama.
Manage end-to-end AI solution implementations and workflows for customers, including direct customer interaction for requirements gathering, onboarding, and support.
Integrate AI agents with customer systems, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to refine AI products and customer experiences.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Data Science, or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in AI product implementation, customer success engineering, or technical support roles.
Strong proficiency with LLMs (GPT-4o, Gemini, Claude, etc.), prompt engineering, workflow design, and basic Python/API knowledge.
Must be based in Bengaluru, able to work night shifts (7:00 PM - 3:00 AM IST) with hybrid onsite/remote flexibility as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in technical customer-facing AI solution deployment, with ability to translate business needs into AI workflows and agent design.
Comfortable working in a hybrid role combining technical implementation with customer success and ongoing support.
Familiar with GenAI concepts, no-code/low-code automation platforms, and managing safe AI outputs in enterprise customer environments.
