Support the maintenance and evolution of the Workday HCM platform within a full tenant implementation.
Design, configure, and test integrations and business processes related to Workday HCM using tools like Enterprise Integration Builder.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver technology solutions, and ensure business needs are met while managing priorities and platform updates.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience supporting Workday HCM with hands-on knowledge of Core HCM, Benefits, Absence & Time Tracking, and Payroll.
Experience designing, testing, and deploying HR/HRIS system solutions.
Experience with ticketing systems and enterprise collaboration tools.
Work Experience Required: 5+ years

Experience working in dynamic, flexible environments with cross-functional teams, showing effective prioritization skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation to engage with diverse business stakeholders.
Background or knowledge in additional Workday products such as Financial Management, Adaptive Planning, or VNDLY is a plus.
