Maintain and evolve the Workday HCM platform including design, configuration, and testing of integrations and business processes.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure Workday solutions meet business needs while managing prioritization of tasks.
Support new Workday releases and continuously evaluate and improve business processes to increase automation and reduce manual work.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years experience supporting Workday HCM with hands-on knowledge of Core HCM, Benefits, Absence & Time Tracking, and Payroll.
Experience designing, testing, and deploying HR/HRIS system solutions.
Experience with ticketing systems and enterprise collaboration tools.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 4 years in Workday HCM support and implementation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end Workday HCM platform lifecycle including configuration, testing, and release support within global, cross-functional teams.
Strong prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks in dynamic and flexible environments.
Familiarity with additional Workday products like Financial Management, Adaptive Planning, or VNDLY is beneficial but not required.
