Define and own end-to-end system-to-system interoperability workflows for customer and partner integrations, including business rules and success metrics.
Map current and future state workflows for supply chain processes and translate them into integration designs ready for engineering implementation.
Lead structured discovery with stakeholders to capture process gaps, prioritize interoperability efforts, and ensure clarity in business process documentation to reduce engineering rework.
Minimum Requirements
5–8 years experience in business process design, systems analysis, or product management focused on system-to-system integrations.
Demonstrated skill in mapping and documenting business process workflows using BPMN or equivalent.
Strong understanding of API and MCP interoperability concepts and data transformation patterns; hands-on API build not required.
Work from office in Bengaluru, India all 5 days per week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in complex cross-system business process design with measurable impact on product delivery and engineering efficiency.
Comfortable working in a B2B SaaS environment with focus on interoperability and supply chain or logistics domains.
Able to facilitate multi-stakeholder discovery and translate ambiguous workflows into structured, unambiguous technical documentation.
