About This Role
- Own the Workato platform for automating and integrating business processes across HR, Finance, Sales, and Security systems, including triaging and fixing issues.
- Design, build, and operate internal platforms such as the Project Registry system and AI/Claude spend governance platform, ensuring production readiness and governance.
- Provide hands-on IT support, handle endpoint security and compliance automation, and manage identity lifecycle and vendor administration tasks.
