Maintain and troubleshoot IT equipment and network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, servers, switches, routers, and printers to ensure operational uptime during hotel business hours.
Provide technical support across all hotel departments for applications like PMS, POS, HRMS, accounting systems, and general IT hardware/software.
Manage IT security systems, user accounts, backups, IT inventory and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or related field.
1–3 years of IT support experience, preferably in hotel, resort, or hospitality environment.
Knowledge of hotel PMS and POS systems is preferred; good understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and basic network troubleshooting.
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as per hotel operations schedule.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in supporting diverse IT needs within hospitality operations including guest Wi-Fi and hotel-specific applications.
Comfortable managing both hardware and software troubleshooting across multiple technologies like CCTV, PBX, IPTV, and access control systems.
Capable of ensuring minimum downtime of critical systems through proactive maintenance and escalation when necessary.
