About This Role
- Monitor and triage security incidents using SIEM and SOAR technologies, escalating high/critical incidents to L2/L3 teams.
- Enhance and maintain alert use cases for SIEM/SOAR/XDR platforms and conduct real-time threat monitoring and incident response.
- Maintain incident records, support compliance and audit readiness, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve detection and response capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC) within large multinational organizations or reputable MSSPs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with SIEM, SOAR, XDR tools such as Google Chronicle, CrowdStrike, Logscale, Splunk.
- Knowledge of network security, endpoint security (EDR, DLP, MDM), frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, and familiarity with compliance standards (NIST CSF, ISO 27001).

- Experienced in handling real-time security alert triage and incident escalation, demonstrating operational security maturity.
- Possesses strong technical knowledge spanning network protocols, OS internals, and hybrid cloud environments.
