About This Role
- Provide operational and analytical support for planogram creation and maintenance across multiple METRO countries.
- Maintain and validate data related to articles, assortment, fixtures, layouts, and product placements ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Coordinate reporting, monitor planogram status, resolve exceptions, and collaborate with local market teams and cross-functional stakeholders to enable timely and accurate planogram execution.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Merchandising, Operations Management or related field preferred.
- 4 to 7 years of experience in merchandising support, planogram operations, retail design.
- Experience in retail/wholesale or consumer goods / FMCG is a plus but not mandatory.
- Work Experience Required: 4 to 7 years in relevant fields.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing and supporting complex planogram and merchandising operations across multiple markets, demonstrating strong coordination and operational follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including Category Management and Marketing to ensure alignment and process delivery.
- Detail-oriented with ability to identify data inconsistencies and process improvements to reduce operational errors and rework.
