Provide operational and analytical support for planogram creation and maintenance across multiple METRO countries.
Maintain and validate data related to articles, assortment, fixtures, layouts, and product placements ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
Coordinate reporting, monitor planogram status, resolve exceptions, and collaborate with local market teams and cross-functional stakeholders to enable timely and accurate planogram execution.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Merchandising, Operations Management or related field preferred.
4 to 7 years of experience in merchandising support, planogram operations, retail design.
Experience in retail/wholesale or consumer goods / FMCG is a plus but not mandatory.
Work Experience Required: 4 to 7 years in relevant fields.

Experienced in managing and supporting complex planogram and merchandising operations across multiple markets, demonstrating strong coordination and operational follow-up skills.
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including Category Management and Marketing to ensure alignment and process delivery.
