Manage day-to-day IT operations including networks, servers (cloud and on-premise), storage, end-user systems, and telephony to ensure high availability and performance.
Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team; allocate tasks, set performance goals, and conduct reviews.
Oversee IT infrastructure compliance, vendor and asset management, IT projects, change management, and support services including VDI and endpoint management.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8–10 years of experience in IT operations and infrastructure.
Experience with ITIL, Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and networking.
Certifications like ITIL, PMP, ISO 27001, or CCNA.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong leadership experience managing IT infrastructure and operations teams with measurable performance management.
Demonstrated expertise in network, server, VDI administration, telephony management, and IT compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001).
Experienced in coordinating multi-technology IT environments including cloud platforms, virtualization, ITIL processes, and vendor relationships.
