About This Role
- Plan and oversee end-to-end execution of digital and AI/Automation transformation projects aligned with business strategy.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, while facilitating executive reviews and leading key project discussions.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, ensure documentation, and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of Project Management experience with at least 5 years in the technology industry.
- Proven experience delivering technical projects involving technology upgrades, IT decommissioning, or standard tech stacks (Oracle, SAP, ERP).
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or MS Project.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master) is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated expertise in managing AI and Automation platform projects, including experience with AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Rovo).
- Experience managing Gen-AI projects or knowledge of EU AI law considered advantageous.
- Capable of managing multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment without direct leadership over project teams.
