Plan and oversee end-to-end execution of digital and AI/Automation transformation projects aligned with business strategy.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, while facilitating executive reviews and leading key project discussions.
Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, ensure documentation, and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of Project Management experience with at least 5 years in the technology industry.
Proven experience delivering technical projects involving technology upgrades, IT decommissioning, or standard tech stacks (Oracle, SAP, ERP).
Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or MS Project.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master) is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated expertise in managing AI and Automation platform projects, including experience with AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Rovo).
Experience managing Gen-AI projects or knowledge of EU AI law considered advantageous.
Capable of managing multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment without direct leadership over project teams.
