Own stability and performance of SAP IS-Retail MDLS solutions, including interfaces and custom extensions.
Collaborate with third-party service providers and internal stakeholders, acting as third-level support and leading root cause analysis.
Ensure architectural governance, support release activities and test preparations, and identify opportunities for process/system optimization.
Minimum Requirements
8-10 years experience in SAP IS-Retail and related finance modules (SAP MM, SD) with strong customizing skills.
Deep knowledge of retail business processes: procurement, inventory, pricing, and SAP Pricing configurations.
Proficient in SAP interfaces and job scheduling technologies; mandatory expertise in SD Sales processes including Quotation, Contracts, Pricing, Invoicing, etc.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or related field; ability to travel as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end SAP IS-Retail pricing and procurement process design and technical solution evaluation.
Skilled in stakeholder management and third-party vendor coordination within complex SAP landscapes.
Analytical and problem-solving ability demonstrated through troubleshooting and system enhancement involvement.
