Manage private equity fund operations including NAV calculations, financial statements, capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting with high accuracy.
Lead and develop team performance through coaching, workload allocation, and meeting quality, timeliness, and productivity KPIs.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies, manage risk, serve as escalation point, and drive client delivery excellence by maintaining stakeholder relationships and coordinating cross-functionally.
Minimum Requirements
Degree in Accounting or related business discipline.
8+ years of accounting experience with at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
Strong expertise in Ind AS, IFRS, US/UK/Lux GAAP and proficiency with Investran/Paxus and advanced Microsoft Excel.
Work Experience Required: 8+ years accounting experience, including leadership in fund accounting (preferably private equity).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience specifically in private equity fund accounting with deep understanding of relevant GAAP standards and advanced fund accounting software (Investran/Paxus).
Proven ability to lead teams to meet KPIs and SLAs in a complex multi-stakeholder environment, managing risk and compliance effectively.
Preferably qualified CPA or ACCA with exposure to financial services or multinational/shared services environments, and strong communication skills in English plus an additional language.
