Oversee and review preparation of NAV packages, financial statements, capital call and distribution workings for private equity and private debt funds.
Manage and ensure timely, accurate deliverables by Accountants and Junior Accountants, including client reporting and investor notices.
Assist with onboarding and conversion of funds to accounting platforms like Investran and Paxus, and respond to client/investor queries within 24 hours.
Minimum Requirements
Graduate in accounting or business-related course with 4+ years relevant accounting experience.
At least 1 year supervisory experience.
Sound knowledge of IndAS, IFRS, GAAP (US, UK, Lux) and preparation/review of financial statements.
Working knowledge of Investran Accounting Application and intermediate Excel skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in fund accounting services, especially private equity or private debt funds.
Skilled in managing client deliverables and service operations within financial or shared services environments.
Comfortable with using accounting software, reviewing complex financial reports, and coordinating with multinational teams.
