Structured overview of role & requirementsAbout This Role
Lead and develop Client Services teams handling private equity fund accounting, financial reporting, and client service delivery to meet quality and timeliness targets.
Oversee complex fund accounting activities including NAV calculations, financial statements, capital calls, distributions, investor reporting, and client reporting.
Manage stakeholder relationships, ensure compliance with policies and risk standards, support fund onboarding and system migrations, and act as alternate to Head of Delivery when needed.
Minimum Requirements
Degree in Accounting or business-related discipline.
8+ years of relevant accounting experience with minimum 4 years in people management or supervisory roles in service delivery environments.
Strong technical expertise in private equity fund accounting, Ind AS, IFRS, and multi-jurisdictional GAAP.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel), and accounting platforms such as Investran and/or Paxus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing client deliverables and leading team performance in private equity fund accounting and reporting.
Comfortable handling complex compliance, risk management, and multi-jurisdictional accounting standards.
Strong stakeholder relationship management skills with exposure to multinational/shared services environments and willingness for international travel or secondment opportunities.
