Prepare and review U.S. federal and state partnership and corporation tax returns, including Forms 1065, 1120, and related schedules (K-1, K-2/K-3) for private equity funds, management companies, and general partners.
Manage tax compliance activities such as quarterly and annual tax estimates, extensions, and ensure timely, accurate filings while maintaining documentation and internal controls.
Provide technical guidance on partnership allocations, basis calculations, carried interest, tax planning strategies, and stay updated on evolving U.S. tax regulations and IRS guidance.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
7+ years of experience in U.S. partnership taxation focused on private equity.
Proficiency with tax software like GoSystem (or similar), advanced Excel, and Microsoft Office.
Work Experience Required: 7+ years in relevant U.S. partnership tax compliance and advisory for private equity.
