Prepare and review U.S. federal and state partnership tax returns (Forms 1065, K-1, K-2/K-3) and corporation returns (Form 1120) for private equity funds, management companies, and general partners.
Manage quarterly and annual tax estimates and extensions ensuring accurate and timely filings.
Support tax planning strategies and maintain documentation and internal controls related to U.S. partnership taxation.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 4 years of experience in U.S. partnership taxation focusing on private equity.
Knowledge of Subchapter K, partnership allocations, tax compliance software (e.g., GoSystem), and advanced Excel skills.
Willingness to work in US shifts.
