Job Description

Develop and test 5G NR protocol software nodes within the radio access network, focusing on L1/L2 protocol development.
Contribute to product development activities including low-level design (LLD), feature development, verification, system integration, and testing of gNodeB.
Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams globally, using Agile Scrum methodologies to improve system performance and quality deliverables.
Minimum Requirements
6 to 10 years of experience in Wireless Telecommunications or Networking with hands-on experience in LTE/5G NR L1/L2 protocol software development.
Proficient in C/C++ programming; knowledge of Java and Python is beneficial for testing.
In-depth knowledge of 3GPP Specifications, specifically Layer 1 and Layer 2, including interfaces Layer1-Layer2 and Layer2-Layer3.
Experience debugging complex gNodeB issues, analyzing log files, and familiarity with networking protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, SCTP.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong understanding of CloudRAN implementations, virtualized Distributed Units (vDU), and RAN connectivity protocols.
Experienced with Agile development, version control tools (Git, Gerrit), project management tools (Jira), and cloud technologies including containers, Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices.
Operates effectively in global teams, collaborating closely with customers and domain specialists to deliver high-quality telecom software solutions.
