Lead end-to-end feature development including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment of healthcare software solutions.
Deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure full-stack software aligned with business objectives, ensuring maintenance and performance of existing product releases.
Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams, contribute to architecture decisions, promote technical excellence, and support continuous improvement and automation.
Minimum Requirements
5-8 years of hands-on software development experience.
Strong backend skills in C#, .NET, .NET Core, and RESTful APIs; frontend skills in Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.
Good understanding of SQL and relational databases; solid knowledge of OOP, design patterns, microservices, and software architecture.
Experience with unit testing frameworks; preferred knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, containerized deployments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced full-stack developer comfortable leading feature delivery and technical decisions within Agile environments.
Has technical leadership or mentoring experience and a customer-centric approach focusing on value and quality.
Exposure to healthcare domain, especially knowledge of OpenEHR, HL7/FHIR, considered strong advantage.
