Minimum Requirements
12+ years of experience in DevOps including 2+ years in SecOps; managerial experience preferred.
Hands-on experience building or leveraging Continuous Delivery Pipelines (CDP).
Experience leading engineering teams of 10+ members and managing large technology projects.
Preferred B.Tech or equivalent degree; expertise with CI/CD tools, cloud platforms, containerization, Infrastructure as Code, and security integration in DevOps.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strategic thinker with architectural mindset capable of advising at portfolio level and leading large migrations.
Experienced manager skilled in program management and cross-functional collaboration between development and operations.
Strong technical proficiency in open-source technologies, cloud security, microservices, and database technologies relevant to DevSecOps environment.
