Lead model-based functional development using MATLAB/Simulink including advanced MATLAB and architecture design.
Manage software testing, validation, and integration processes especially involving hardware and sensor/actuator connections.
Improve and maintain software version control and CI/CD pipelines using GIT and Jenkins, while mentoring junior team members.
Minimum Requirements
Strong proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for model-based development and architecture.
Experience with software testing, validation, integration, and hardware interaction including sensors and actuators.
Proficient with GIT version control; knowledge of CI pipeline and Jenkins configuration.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) in E&C, EEE or equivalent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in full software development lifecycle, especially in Agile environments.
Strong background in C programming and object-oriented concepts with familiarity in UML design and requirement management tools.
Capable of supporting and mentoring junior team members while managing complex integration and validation tasks.
