About This Role
- Design, implement, and govern secure, resilient, scalable OT network architectures across industrial environments.
- Lead Zero Trust adoption and define connectivity, resiliency, redundancy, and failover strategies for multi-site, multi-region deployments.
- Drive architecture reviews and decisions, influence vendor selection, and coordinate with cybersecurity and enterprise IT teams for OT/IT convergence and secure remote access.
Minimum Requirements
- 10 to 12 years of experience in network engineering with ownership in design and implementation decisions.
- Hands-on expertise in Layer 2/3 networking protocols and Cisco devices (Switches/Routers/Firewalls).
- Experience with Cisco ASA/FTD/FMC firewall architecture and Zero Trust technologies (ZPA, ZIA, Cisco ZTA).
- Mandatory hands-on AWS networking experience including VPC, EC2, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, and virtual firewalls on EC2.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in architecting secure OT/IT integration aligned with IEC 62443 standard and engaging with customers and regulatory bodies.
- Capable of technical leadership including reviewing team designs and mentoring engineers with strong communication skills across technical and executive levels.
- Familiar with industry standards (IEC 62443, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, Purdue Model) at a discussion/awareness level and holds CCNP certification; CCIE, AWS Advanced Networking, or CISSP certifications preferred.
