Design, implement, and govern secure, resilient, scalable OT network architectures across industrial environments.
Lead Zero Trust adoption and define connectivity, resiliency, redundancy, and failover strategies for multi-site, multi-region deployments.
Drive architecture reviews and decisions, influence vendor selection, and coordinate with cybersecurity and enterprise IT teams for OT/IT convergence and secure remote access.
Minimum Requirements
10 to 12 years of experience in network engineering with ownership in design and implementation decisions.
Hands-on expertise in Layer 2/3 networking protocols and Cisco devices (Switches/Routers/Firewalls).
Experience with Cisco ASA/FTD/FMC firewall architecture and Zero Trust technologies (ZPA, ZIA, Cisco ZTA).
Mandatory hands-on AWS networking experience including VPC, EC2, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, and virtual firewalls on EC2.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in architecting secure OT/IT integration aligned with IEC 62443 standard and engaging with customers and regulatory bodies.
Capable of technical leadership including reviewing team designs and mentoring engineers with strong communication skills across technical and executive levels.
Familiar with industry standards (IEC 62443, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, Purdue Model) at a discussion/awareness level and holds CCNP certification; CCIE, AWS Advanced Networking, or CISSP certifications preferred.
