Senior Cybersecurity Incident Response Expert

Lead and manage complex cybersecurity incident response efforts independently and within interdisciplinary global teams.

Optimize Bosch Group's Cybersecurity Incident Management processes and coordinate collaboration with international experts.

Communicate cybersecurity risks and incident impacts to stakeholders at all organizational levels, driving risk mitigation measures.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Digital Forensics, or related cybersecurity field (B.E./B. Tech. or equivalent).

At least 15 years of professional experience in cybersecurity incident management, preferably in large global organizations.

Deep expertise in at least two areas such as IT Forensics, Active Directory, Cyber Threat Intelligence, Cloud Environments, SIEM, EDR, SOAR, NDR, Software Development, Scripting, or Automation.

Certifications like SANS GIAC or equivalent expected; excellent written and spoken English; German language skills are a plus.

Experienced leader able to coordinate complex multi-stage incident responses in high-pressure global environments without direct authority over teams.

Strategic thinker competent in presenting technical risks to executive stakeholders and influencing cross-functional teams.

Comfortable working within multinational organizations with familiarity or preference for German corporate culture and western business practices.
