Develop and map diagnostic content and specifications for automotive aftermarket diagnostic tester software across diverse vehicle systems.
Collaborate with global software engineering and technical teams; conduct benchmarking, reverse engineering, and on-vehicle testing with various aftermarket and OEM diagnostic tools.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years of hands-on vehicle diagnostic experience.
Proficiency with multiple diagnostic testers including VIDA, Xentry, GDS, ADT, SDT-II, DiagBox, HDS, Launch, Autel, G-Scan, Zenith.
Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, wiring diagrams, and communication protocols like CAN, CAN FD, DoIP, UDS, and J1939.
Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) or equivalent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in automotive diagnostic content development for multiple systems including hybrid and electric vehicles.
Ability to interpret OE system descriptions, service manuals, and use advanced diagnostic and simulation tools (e.g., Vector HSX, HS+).
Comfortable working in field environments at dealerships or workshops with global teams and capable of independent diagnostics and problem resolution.
