Lead SAP EWM technical design and development across full-cycle implementations (Decentralized and Embedded on S/4HANA).
Conduct requirement gathering workshops, translate business needs into SAP EWM technical solutions, and identify functional/technical gaps.
Lead technical teams including code reviews, guide junior consultants, and support post-go-live continuous improvement for EWM projects.
Minimum Requirements
10-15 years overall SAP experience with minimum 8 years in SAP EWM Technical development (ABAP for EWM).
Experienced in at least 2 full-cycle SAP EWM implementations (Decentralized and/or Embedded on S/4HANA).
Strong hands-on skills in BAPIs, BADIs, Enhancements, User Exits, RFCs, IDocs/ALE, RF framework, mobile transactions, and Adobe/SmartForms.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field; SAP EWM Technical certification is advantageous.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience leading SAP EWM technical teams and managing integration projects with external systems (TMS, MES, WMS, automation).
In-depth knowledge and practical experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) including cloud application development and side-by-side extensibility for SAP S/4HANA and EWM.
Strong debugging, performance tuning skills, and ability to drive technical discussions and design extensions using clean-core principles.
