Structured overview of role & requirementsAbout This Role
Configure and drive DELMIA Apriso MES capabilities across multiple modules including Shop Floor Execution, Quality, Traceability/Genealogy, Inventory/Warehouse, and optionally Maintenance & Workforce.
Deliver functional documents such as FRS/BRD, Fit-Gap analysis, Solution Design, Data Capture Matrix, UI/Wireframe mapping, Test packs, Training material, and Go-live checklists.
Ensure effective implementation support and training for MES including order execution, WIP tracking, quality checks, traceability, and inventory management within automotive/EV manufacturing contexts.
Minimum Requirements
4–10 years of MES experience with strong functional exposure to DELMIA Apriso implementations.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (BE/BTech/BSc or equivalent).
Solid understanding of automotive/EV manufacturing processes including assembly stations, interlocks, quality gates, and EOL.
Strong documentation and customer-facing communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced candidate with deep domain knowledge in automotive/EV manufacturing MES applications particularly using DELMIA Apriso.
Able to lead functional workshops and communicate clearly with customers for requirements gathering and solution design.
Familiarity with traceability, genealogy, NC/CAPA processes, and WIP controls indicating operational expertise and industry compliance understanding.
