Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy manufacturing solutions using DELMIA Apriso MES/MOM, including screens, workflows, and custom functionalities based on manufacturing requirements.
Integrate Apriso MES with enterprise and shop-floor systems such as SAP/ERP, PLM, APS, PLCs, IoT gateways, and equipment interfaces; develop and support interfaces using REST/SOAP Web Services, XML, JSON, and SQL.
Support full project lifecycle activities including requirement workshops, technical feasibility, SIT/UAT testing, deployment, and post-go-live application support across DEV, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
Minimum Requirements
3–8 years overall IT/Manufacturing Systems experience with minimum 2–5 years hands-on DELMIA Apriso MES/MOM development experience.
Experience in at least one complete Apriso implementation/rollout project covering design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Manufacturing Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
Strong hands-on skills in DELMIA Apriso MES, SQL Server and SQL programming, C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and REST/SOAP Web Services integration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in manufacturing domains like Automotive, Semiconductor, Electronics, Aerospace, Battery/EV, or Medical Devices with understanding of production execution and shop-floor data collection.
Capable of handling MES-to-ERP integration (preferably SAP), complex interface development, and able to perform root-cause analysis and troubleshooting in production environments.
Familiar with configuration and development in Apriso Process Builder, screens/UI development, and manufacturing master data concepts (Material, BOM, Routing, Work Centre, Resource, Equipment, Production Orders).
