Lead and expand the Data & AI consulting and advisory practice, setting quality standards and delivery methods.
Own successful delivery of critical client engagements ensuring high deliverable quality and client satisfaction.
Act as trusted advisor on Data & AI strategy with senior clients, translating ambiguous problems into structured engagement approaches.
Minimum Requirements
12–18 years in technology or management consulting with strong Data & AI advisory experience.
Educational qualification: B.E/B.Tech/MCA/PhD or equivalent.
Proven ability to lead complex consulting engagements to reference-able outcomes and support pre-sales activities.
Experience in first-level people leadership with capability to lead direct staff and matrixed specialists.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in advising senior client stakeholders and shaping ambiguous problems into delivery-ready engagements.
Familiar with Data & AI and GenAI landscapes, enterprise adoption, and working alongside engineering and architecture teams.
Strong in client engagement management with a track record of delivering measurable consulting outcomes and generating pipeline.
